In late 2006, ThoughtWorks launched a new division, Studios, to create software products born out our expertise in delivering world-class IT solutions for our clients.

In-keeping with our mission to revolutionize IT, ThoughtWorks Studios is committed to building software that is easy to use, powerful and delivers real value to the people and businesses that use it.

Studios' first three products have been announced: Mingle, the Agile Project Intelligence tool, CruiseControl Enterprise built upon one of ThoughtWorks' most successful pieces of Open Source technology, and a groundbreaking Ruby production stack called RubyWorks.
